Keren Motseri: Soprano [e-mail]
Keren was born in Ramat Gan, Israel. She studied cello at the Thelma Yellin High School of Arts, and was a regular participant in the Jerusalem Early Music Workshop, where she was instructed on the baroque cello by such teachers as Rainer Zipperling, Viola de Hoog, and Susan Sheppard, and in voice by Jill Feldman and Peter Harvey. During the same period she studied voice with Era Giv’oni. After completing her Bachelor of Science in life sciences with high distinction at Tel Aviv University, she moved to The Hague to study voice at the Royal Conservatory with Rita Dams, Barbara Pearson, and Diane Forlano. She completed her first degree there and her Masters Degree in The New Opera Acadamey. Keren has a varied repertoire, ranging from the Renaissance to the 21st Century. She performs regularly in Europe and in Israel, most notably with the Nederlandse Bach Vereniging and the Utrechts Barok Consort with Jos van Veldhoven, the Residentie Orkest with Jaap van Zweden, the Schoenberg Ensemble with Reinbert de Leeuw, and with the Israeli Chamber Orchestra and the Jerusalem Baroque Orchestra.

David, born in the United States, has performed and recorded with early music ensembles throughout Europe, the United States, and South America such as Il Fondamento with Paul Dombrecht and Rene Jacobs, La Petite Bande with Sigiswald Kuijken, Brazil’s Orquestra Barocca with Luis Otavio Santos, Toronto’s Aradia with Kevin Mallon as well as New York Cities’ Rebel with Jörg-Michael Schwarz. In the summers, David teaches natural trumpet at the Festival International de Musica Colonial Brasileira e Musica Antiga in Juiz de Fora, Brazil. He holds a Bachelors and Masters from the Department of Early Music and Performance Practice at the Royal Conservatory of Music in The Hague, The Netherlands.
Regina Albanez: lute, theorbo, Brq. guitar [e-mail]
Regina studied guitar with Henrique Pinto in her native-land Brazil. At the University of Campinas (Sao Paulo) she finished a diploma in composition. She studied Renaissance, Baroque Lute, Theorbo, and Baroque guitar with Toyohiko Satoh at the Royal Conservatory of the Hague from where she graduated in 1993. She is one of the most active Lute players in Holland and plays with La Primavera, Compangnia Vocale, Lacrimae Ensemble, La Suave Melodia, Musica Temprana, Musica Glorifica, Grain de la Voix. She performs regularly in Europe, Brazil, South Korea, Bolivia, and Japan.
Judith Marie-Becker: Baroque cello [e-mail]
Judith completed a Bachelor of Music in cello performance at the Musik Hochschule Lübeck in Germany, which led to a position in the Hamburg Staatsopera Orchestra. During this time, she started to develop a passionate interest in Baroque music and joined the ensemble Musica Poetica Lübeck. She moved to The Netherlands to study with Jaap ter Linden and completed both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Baroque cello at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague. Judith has recorded and performed with ensembles such as: The New Dutch Academy, Arte dei Suonatori (Poland), Accordone with Marco Beasley, and the Aurora ensemble with Enrico Gatti.
Anne Nissinen: harpsichord [e-mail]
Anne began her musical studies at the age of eight at the Helsinki Conservatory. Later she moved to the United States to study at Boise State University in Idaho, where she completed a Bachelor of Music degree in piano performance. She received a Masters of Music and an Artist Diploma in harpsichord performance from Yale University. In 2001, Anne moved to The Netherlands to study with Patrick Ayrton at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague, where she completed another Bachelor’s degree as well as the Advanced Certificate in early music and performance practice, and participated in projects lead by Enrico Gatti, Marius van Altena, Ton Koopman, and Barthold Kuijken. Anne has performed actively in the United States and in Europe and has played with ensembles such as La Primavera, New Dutch Academy, Nederlands Kamer Orkest, and Vox Luminis, including CD recordings with the latter three.
